Take 580 East toward Oakland/Hayward/Walnut Creek
Exit onto HWY 24 toward Walnut Creek (headed toward the hills)
Exit onto HWY 13 going South toward Hayward (before going into Caldecott Tunnel)
Take HWY 13 until Park Blvd (3rd exit)
Left on Park Blvd (cross over freeway)
Right on Mountain Blvd. (first street/stoplight)
Follow Mountain up the hill, bearing left and staying on the main road
Main road becomes Ascot Drive (Mountain actually turns off to the right, but if you stay on main road and bearing to left you won’t even notice)
Pass two schools on the left and stop sign
Will reach a dead end where you must take very sharp left or very sharp right.
Take left which is Chelton Drive.
5691 is one block up on the left-hand side. House marker is on garage (house below road). House is immediately before Chelton hits Scarborough.
